Christopher Strain (Team Leader)
Christopher started this project as a senior civil engineering major at The College of New Jersey and was interested in pursuing a career in structural engineering. He worked as an intern at POWER Engineers, working in the overhead transmission line department in the structures group, helping design transmission lines. Post graduation, Chris started a full time at POWER, continuing to pursue his ambition of being a structural engineer. Chris is in charge of designing the substructure of the pedestrian bridge.
Ian Gellner
Ian also started this project as a senior civil engineering major at The College of New Jersey. Ian was interested in pursuing a career in either structural or site civil engineering. He gained experience being an intern for T&M Associates in their Municipal department, assisting with the design aspect of various projects. Post graduation, he is now working full time at T&M, continuing his passions in the municipal cite civil space. Ian’s role is to design the superstructure of the pedestrian bridge.
