This design was able to align with the main goals of prioritizing safety and slowing down vehicle speeds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;In conclusion, comprehensive cost estimates were developed for both the engineering and construction phases, with all project deliverables\u2014such as construction drawings, cost evaluations, and written reports\u2014completed on schedule.
