Throughout the winter and early spring semester, the bridge was fabricated by the team in house at the TCNJ machine shop. The remaining of the spring semester was spent practicing construction, with the first practice build lasting 20 minutes, and a team best time of 8 minutes and 14 seconds. Prior to the competition, the team painted the bridge as well as completed the poster as per the 2025 rules. Team estimates going into the competition was a 10 minute construction time, 1.8 inches of aggregate deflection, a weight of 215 pounds, with a total competition cost of $21,136179. The Steel Bridge regional competition was held at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) on April 26, 2025. At competition, the team had a construction time of 9 minutes and 35 seconds.
