Ethan Becker 

Admin Role: Team Leader – Responsible for overseeing the entire project & ensuring that the team members are on track. Responsible for distributing work and facilitating team decisions 

Engineering Role: Software Design – Responsible for developing and maintaining certain software components of the device, Specifically the user interface, data collection system & the programming of the LED indicators (Usage Indicator)

Cheng Kao 

Admin Role: Secretary – Schedules team meetings and maintains project documentation. Organizes project files and helps team leader with planning 

Engineering Role: CAD Manufacturing Design– Utilizes CAD to design the spacer within the inhaler. The design will ensure effective storage, release, and replenishment of medication within the holding chamber. This design aspect will connect with the breath-actuated mouthpiece and digital sensor components.

Hadi Akil

Admin Role: Finance/Treasurer – Manages the project budget and tracks expenses. Reviews and approves purchase requests to ensure the team stays on budget 

Engineering Role: Resource Management/Software Design – Constructs the inhalation outlet (mouthpiece) portion of the device, equipping it with a flow response system that opens when an appropriate flow rate inhalation is reached. Ensure that the resources used for the device comply with the device’s needs and are available.

Thomas Wright

Admin Role: Webmaster – Manages the team website for the course of the senior project. Responsible for updating the website through the process with relevant information and updates. Will act as the main point of contact between the team and the project advisor.

Engineering Role: Material Selection and Design Tester – Identifies suitable materials for the device’s construction and casing, while collaborating with the CAD designer to implement selected materials and perform material testing. Ensures stability, safety, and efficiency of the medicine with the casing design.
