Steering & Brakes

Steering System

The vehicle utilizes an indirect, under-seat steering system. This style of steering is more stable at speed while maintaining effective maneuverability. Additionally, this design requires less physical effort for the rider to steer.

The 2026 e-HPV will utilize an indirect steering system with the components shown here.

Braking System

Disk brakes will be used on the front tires of the vehicle. These brakes are a responsive and reliable standard for high-performance vehicles.

Shimano hydraulic brake levers will be utilized with disc brakes for easy and reliable speed modulation.

This image shows a typical disc brake and hydraulic brake lever setup that will be emulated in the 2026 e-HPV design.
