Our management groups are consisting of two senior student (manager and assistant manger) majoring in engineering management with mechanical specialty. They are using a different way that most of the old alumni that dealt with this project as discussed below:

The management are using the empowerment strategy making his teamwork to come up with ideas using constant research (old design report, rules and other useful websites). Any ideas coming up are always discussed and revise by the manager.
