He also plans on developing a software called the mission control center, that will allow the user of the drone to watch it and ensure it is completing the task it is asked to complete. His other tasks that come along with being the team leader include organizing meeting times and ordering the quadcopter parts.<\/span><\/pre>\n<pre style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-39 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/engprojects.tcnj.edu\/quadcopter19\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/102\/2019\/01\/derek.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"115\" height=\"116\" \/>Derek Arnheiter<\/strong> (EE) - <strong>PCB Design &amp; Webmaster<\/strong>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">arnheid1@tcnj.edu\n<\/span>\nDerek's <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">focus is on the power distribution and PID stabilization of the drone as well as the flight controller specialist. Once the drone can self stabilize, he will shift his attention to the full drone autonomy. He is currently designing a more efficient power distribution board that powers the motors and will be manufacturing soon<\/span><\/pre>\n<pre style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong>\n\n<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-38 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/engprojects.tcnj.edu\/quadcopter19\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/102\/2019\/01\/andrew.gif\" alt=\"\" width=\"112\" height=\"122\" \/>Andrew Oldewurtel <\/strong>(EE) -\u00a0<strong>Construction &amp; Circuitry Engineer<\/strong>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">oldewua@tcnj.edu\n<\/span>\nAndrew's main focus is on making sure the drone can fly. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With that, he must also focus on making the drone safe for anyone that come in close proximity to the drone, but also able to fly efficiently. He will also be handling the electronics and circuitry of the drone. Not only will he handle the maintenance of the drone, but also look for further improvements on the design. Lastly, he will focus on finding a way to deliver the cargo to the patient in need in both a safe and efficient manner.<\/span><\/pre>\n<pre style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-40 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/engprojects.tcnj.edu\/quadcopter19\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/102\/2019\/01\/keenan.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"110\" height=\"117\" \/>Keenan Rodgers <\/strong>(EE) - <strong>Communications &amp; SolidWorks Engineer<\/strong>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">rodgerk4@tcnj.edu\n<\/span>\nKeenan's main focus involves the engineering and mechanics of the body and frame of the drone. <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He focuses on the mathematical modeling and the physics behind all of the moving parts of a quadcopter. \u00a0He is directly involved with the machining of the drone\u2019s arms and the landing gear as well as developing a mechanism for carrying a load. \u00a0He plans to work on developing a communication feed between the vehicle and the base station for the upcoming semester.<\/span><\/pre>\n<pre style=\"padding-left: 60px;\"><strong>Anthony<\/strong> <strong>Russo<\/strong> (CE) - <strong>GPS &amp; Software Engineer<\/strong><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-42 alignleft\" src=\"http:\/\/engprojects.tcnj.edu\/quadcopter19\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/102\/2019\/01\/russo.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"112\" height=\"92\" \/>\n<span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">russoa15@tcnj.edu\n<\/span>\nAnthony <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">is the teams Software and GPS engineer. His main specializations revolve around the ground control station and ensuring a stable GPS uplink with the AMRD to ensure correct navigational patterns to and from mission locations. The ground control station will also serve as the functional user interface for any user of the emergency response system.
