Our Goals
Our goal is to design and construct a rotating display case that will be implemented in the engineering facilities at The College of New Jersey to display the awards received by the engineering department.
Design Requirements
- Singular Motor
- All display cases in the design will be turned by a singular motor.
- Multiple rotating display cases
- The design will have multiple turning displays to distinguish it from already existing display cases.
- Comparable to other cases on the market in terms of size & capacity
- Intermittent Motion
- The cases will turn and then stop for a prescribed dwell before rotating again to ensure ideal viewing.
- Minimal maintenance and cost
