Alexander Slavinsky
Engineer II / Team Leader
Alexander is a Civil Engineering student at the College of New Jersey. Alexander is interested in transportation engineering and plans to pursue that interest after graduation. Alexander is a founding member and President of the TCNJ chapter of Institute of Transportation Engineers. Alexander interned at CME Associates in 2023 and 2025 and at Dynamic Traffic in 2024. Alexander worked on various projects across multiple departments including Transportation, Traffic, Construction Management, Structural, and Geotechnical Engineering. Alexander is responsible for coordinating the redesign of the corridor and the design of intersections.
David Anderson
Engineer I

David is a student in the Civil Engineering program at The College of New Jersey. David worked as a municipal intern at Colliers Engineering & Design, where David gained extensive design experience and exposure to a variety of real-world projects that strengthened David’s technical skills. This experience will support David’s role in the senior design project, where David is responsible for the redesign of Route 52 to improve both traffic flow and overall safety along the corridor. David continues to follow David’s passion in traffic engineering.
Vincent Lepore
Engineer I

Vincent is a Civil Engineering student at The College of New Jersey. Vincent is interested in transportation engineering and plans to pursue that interest into the field after graduation. Vincent interned at New Jersey Department of Transportation over the summer of 2025, where Vincent experienced work in Capital Program management with an emphasis on both construction and materials. Vincent is responsible for the redesign of the roundabouts.
Andrew Marinucci
Engineer I
Andrew is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering at The College of New Jersey, with an anticipated graduation in May 2026. Andrew is interested in transportation engineering and plans to pursue a career in this field after graduation. Andrew worked as a municipal engineer intern at Disko Associates during the summer using CAD software to prepare engineering design plans for roadway improvements. Using this experience, Andrew will be responsible for modeling the proposed improvements to the Route 52 Corridor in CAD as well as offering design improvements to the project.
