This group has decided upon the design of a patient bed lift. Adapted for home use, this technology will allow for easy and efficient movement from a bed to a wheelchair for many patients living at home.
The alert system will provide the user and patient with an added sense of safety, targeting common issues of lift instability during operation as well as sensors which will alert the user if significant risk of a fall is present.
