Verification Testing:

The device will be tested in a fixture that will stabilize the device for loading in various directions via the use of the Instron. The device will be tested across a narrowing range for each mode that will determine the ability of each mode to operate in the manner for which it was intended.

Validation Testing:

Several “Patients” will be asked to don the device and walk 20 steps and the patients will be surveyed on various aspects of their interaction with the device during the tests.
