We are a small team of civil engineering students working on different aspects of the redesign project. We are eager to combine our knowledge and passions to learn from one another and come up with a new design.
Victor Mazariegos
Team Leader

Victor Mazariegos is a senior at The College of New Jersey. He will be spearheading the structural design of the new bridge. He is eager to pursue a career in structural engineering upon graduation and serve his community through engineering. He is a member of Chi Epsilon, the American Civil Engineering Honor Society.

Daniel Pflueger
Traffic Analysis, Road Design

Daniel Pflueger is a senior at The College of New Jersey. He is head of conducting traffic analysis and using that data to optimize the Washington Crossing-Route 29 intersection. Outside of the classroom Daniel is a member of the Track and Field team and a member of Phi Alpha Delta.

Nick Brauburger
Hydrologic Analysis

Nick Brauburger is a senior at The College of New Jersey, looking to continue his education in the field of Hydraulics after graduation. Nick’s main responsibility for this project is the hydrologic assessment affecting the bridge redesign. Outside of the classroom Nick is a member of the Club Soccer team and serves as president for the NSPE student chapter.
