Meet The Team

Jake Kozlosky
Jake is a senior Civil Engineering student at The College of New Jersey with experience in traffic engineering through various academic projects. On campus, he is a member of Chi Epsilon, the Civil Engineering Honor Society, as well as TCNJ’s ASCE and ITE student chapters. Jake is responsible for the traffic analysis and design of the Washington Road and Nursery Road intersection and is leading the integration of the D&R Canal Trail. After graduation, he plans to pursue a career in transportation engineering or water resources engineering.

Matthew Harbison
Matthew is a senior civil engineering student at The College of New Jersey with a strong interest in traffic engineering and a professional focus on construction management. In the summer of 2025, he interned with Promethean Builders, a construction firm operating in New York City and Florida, where he gained hands-on experience supporting project management and field supervision. Beyond academics, Matthew was a student-athlete, competing in varsity football for three years. He is also an active member of Delta Tau Delta fraternity, where he contributes as part of the philanthropy committee. Matthew is responsible for conducting the traffic analysis and design of the Washington Road and Campus Meadows Drive intersection, as well as overseeing the safe integration of Washington Road with the D&R Canal Trail. After graduation, Matthew plans to pursue a career in construction management or transportation engineering.

Sean Kane (Team Leader)
Sean is a senior Civil Engineering student at The College of New Jersey with experience in land development and roadway design. He gained professional experience as an intern at Land Management Services in the summer of 2025 and has further developed his skills through various academic projects. On campus, Sean is a founding member of TCNJ’s ITE student chapter, where he served as Secretary. He is responsible for the redesign of the Washington Road and Thermal Drive intersection and is leading the integration of the D&R Canal Trail.

Victor Lopez
Victor is a senior Civil Engineering student at The College of New Jersey with a focus on traffic engineering. He gained professional experience as a Traffic Engineering Intern at Langan Engineering and Environmental Services in the summer of 2025. On campus, he is actively involved as the Treasurer of TCNJ’s ITE student chapter and a member of TCNJ’s ASCE student chapter. Victor is responsible for the traffic analysis and design of the Washington Road and U.S. Route 1 intersection. After graduation, he plans to pursue a career in traffic engineering, specializing in traffic analysis and roadway design.
