The College of New Jersey Senior Design Project
Engineering students are required to complete a senior project that applies comprehensive academic foundations to in-depth technical projects. Library research, design, cost analysis, construction, testing, and project management all contribute to furthering the knowledge, ability and readiness of our students for industry or graduate school. Students work closely with a biomedical engineering faculty adviser throughout the process to achieve their goals.
Senior project is a two semester sequence intended to resemble a professional work environment to demonstrate working in a group to help solve and ongoing problem. The goal for the end of Fall 2018 is to have a final design solution with all associated drawings, documents, materials list. By the end of Spring 2019, team will have a working, tested (verified and validated) prototype.
