Joe O’Dowd is working with the payloads. The amount of static and dynamic payload that the plane will carry needs to be optimized to score the most amount of points. Currently a program was created using MATLAB to figure out what the ideal amount would be.  Once this is decided the configuration of the payloads inside the fuselage needs to be determined to ensure that the packages do not tangle and can be released at the correct time.
