Project

Our senior project aims to construct a mechanical vehicle capable of being safely operated by a NAO robot that is programmed to recognize and handle many of the factors encountered by humans when driving. This will feature several components, first being the mechanical vehicle that the NAO robot will be able to steer, accelerate, and decelerate. Next is the microprocessor which is responsible for the decision making. This will consist of analyzing the environment and other system variables, resulting in an instruction for the NAO robot to execute. Lastly, is the NAO robot itself which will be programmed to control the vehicle and reach to human given inputs.
