Northeast Bioengineering Conference (NEBEC 2026)
In April 2026 we had the opportunity to attend the Northeast Bioengineering Conference (NEBEC) at Temple University to present our Chopart prosthesis design and research. The presentation was focused on the geometric validation of our design versus the user’s current prosthesis design through Finite Element Analysis. It was concluded that the proposed design decreases equivalent stress magnitudes within the interior wall of the socket, therefore decreasing the stresses applied directly to the residual limb.
